Info Exchange's first ever client, Sainsbury's utilise the Info Exchange platform for almost everything they do in relation to health, safety and risk.
Over the 15 years Info Exchange have been working with the Sainsbury's Group, both parties have fostered a strong partnership philosophy, resulting not only in the evolution of Sainsbury's Info Exchange platform but enabling the Sainsbury's health and safety team to acquire real insight into the data they capture, including risk mapping stores.
The ability to access their Info Exchange platform at anytime and anywhere, capturing business critical information both offline and online is fundamental to Sainsbury's field based team. The functionality together with Info Exchange's Geo Mapping application has enabled the team to utilise their data to plan and structure their store and site visits.
Info Exchange began a partnership with TFL in 2013, initially utilising the incident reporting application across its entire transport system. Impressed with the flexibility of the software and its ability to configure a number of applications around their own governance and key processes, TFL have since extended their usage to also include:
Ferrovial Agroman have been utilising Info Exchange for nearly ten years. Since its introduction Info Exchange has been instrumental in driving their continuous improvement culture and their goal to achieve a zero-incident environment for all their sites.
Today, Ferrovial Agroman utilise Info Exchange for all of their health and safety, quality and environmental/waste risk control. The platform not only provides them with the ability to have all of their information on one, easy to use system, it enables the organisation to analyse their data in meticulous detail and provides a highly-effective monitoring function, which allows the company to capture any trends and, therefore, predict and prevent new incidents occurring.
Oxfam adopted Info Exchange in early 2017, to manage their UK property portfolio. Oxfam lease over 650 properties as part of their UK estate and were looking for a planning and reporting solution that would provide one single source of management information with regards to leases, service charges, rent and rates.
Oxfam’s platform Opus, provides a centralised real time view of compliance and maintenance across their entire property portfolio, streamlining processes and reducing risk.
When recently asked about the benefits of having Info Exchange, Craig Ash, Project Manager at Oxfam, said: "This system means we will have a single source of management information to better manage our network of high street shops, making us more efficient and freeing up staff time, ultimately getting even more value from Oxfam’s limited funds."
Oxfam join 15 other charities who use Info Exchange to support their risk and property management compliance.
An existing long-standing client of the Alcumus Group, LSH took the decision to implement Info Exchange to manage their Ireland managed property portfolio just twelve months ago. In that short space of time, Info Exchange has become intrinsic in how they manage risk across their entire Ireland managed property portfolio including their compliance with the upcoming 2018 EPC Regulation and their SFG20 Asset and Task Maintenance Programme.
When making the decision to implement Info Exchange, LSH wanted to ensure they streamlined processes and added value to their FM teams and property clients where ever they could. The flexibility of the Info Exchange platform together with the complementary services they also acquire from the Alcumus Group has allowed them to do just that!
LSH's FM Helpdesk managed by Alcumus' Response Line team is accessed via the LSH Info Exchange to record all reactive maintenance works and incidents. All jobs raised within the Info Exchange platform are assigned a suitable contractor utilising both the LSH Accredited SafeContractor database (another Alcumus product) and clients' approved contractors. Jobs are assigned to their FM Managers to review and approve, which subsequently begins a series of automated actions enabling the LSH FM Managers to seamlessly manage their reactive FM jobs and incidents along with issuing their contractors with permissions to access.
